Covid Symptoms Study Problem

I've been reporting daily on the Covid-19 Symptoms Study but yesterday when I tapped the app to enter my data I got the message ' Request Failed with Status Code 525' and couldn't go any further. I have no idea what this means and am unable to proceed. Can anyone assist, please ?

I managed to report yetserday and again today. I would suggest that you delete the app and download it again

525 errors are often caused by a configuration issue on the origin web server.
