What Time Do You Go To Bed

Not to be taken seriously, just a bit of light hearted fun.

But typically what time do you go to bed?

Or do you just go when you feel tired?

Personally I don't have a set time as I do shift work, and sometimes I work nights, but my parents would typically go to be at 10 o'clock.

I was just trying to gauge at what hour do most people go to bed.

11pm.

Around 11pm, as close to it as whatever I'm watching finishes. If I go any earlier I have trouble getting to sleep.

I've been going to bed earlier than I used to - typically 9pm.

Trouble is I'm often getting up at 4am. I've had 7 hours sleep but it kinda throws me out of kilter with the rest of the world.

I blame TV.

10.30 - 11pm but I normally read for awhile before settling down to sleep

Just before or just after midnight, usually. However, being an insomniac i always have to read myself to sleep, so to speak, and that can sometimes tale over an hour.

I am the same as Sadielady.

But just lately, finding it hard to drop off!

About 10.30 or 11.00 p.m.

btw - I fall asleep as soon as my head hits the pillow

I must be the odd one out...between 1 and 2am. I've always been a night owl.

davebro3,

I've never been able to do that, I think I am an insomniac, as I take seven hours typically to go to sleep.

At worst I have been known to only drift off a couple of hours before I'm due to wake up for work at 6am.

davebro3,

Sorry several, not seven, but probably seven isnt too far off 🤔

I usually drift off pretty quickly though it's a bit difficult lately as I'm not terribly active now.

13:45 - 14:45  Siesta ! ...... 23:00 (variable) - 06:45 (exactly)

Tiredy time, whenever that might be

I've never needed much sleep so like Pasta it's at least 1am and rise at 7.

Around 2am most days.

About 10 but I'm generally up again about 3.

About 11.30pm, but can still be awake for a few hours.

10.00 pm but read for an hour at least.

when ever i feel like it, never needed much sleep, i can watch a film at 2am and still be up at 6am.
