eggy sick

Hi, does anyone know if a child that vomits rotten egg smelling sick is normal, or nothing to worry about? Or if anyone knows any causes for it? thanks. She is 3!

Dont really know what causes this but my son (who is now 18) was exactly the same. He had an op at 1 week old for pyloric stenosis (a type of rupture of the gut) & I always assumed it was down to this...he even "burped" with the same smell
I'll be interested if you get any answers to this but suffice to say he survived the experience to cause me many more problems than eggy sick
