how to get rid of old tattoo?

when I was younger and stupid I got tattoo of an old g friends initials, well as you can imagine still got the initials but the girls friend is long gone. I wont to get rid of it, fast, because my current girlfriend hasn't noticed it yet and i think it might be a little late to try explain it.

How can I get rid of it fast with out having to wait for nhs?
is it possible to get rid of it this week?

Hi, could you not have it tattooed over....preferably with something more sensible than a girlfriends name...lol

The other option is laser surgery; expensive, painful and will leave a scar. Go to see a reputable tattooist for advice.

Hi, thanks for advice, I have found a national company which do laser treatment, as it's only a small tattoo they say it will only cost around 60 pounds per treatment but might take up to 3-4 treatments.
