This will work.
Get some body lotion containing Glycolic acid (search on ebay... thats where i get mine), and apply every night before bed.
I've suffered all my life with ingrowing hairs in various parts of my body, and this stuff wins hands down. I had an ingrowing hair on the inside of my leg for about 18 months. Tried the lot. Just kept infecting it and making it look awful. Got some of this stuff. Applied it every night, and on the 5th day, I could see the hair just under the skin, and by the 7 day.. it popped out.... all long and weird and horrible. But WOW though. I use 15% glycolic acid night cream. Cant stress how little you need to use though.
