You see it at � 40 a bottle in Holland & Barrett and then the same amount in Boots or Sainsburys for under a tenner. According to the labels each contains the same amount of GS.
There is no grading like Class 1 etc. How do you differentiate? Is the dearest going to be the best. (no point in asking the shop!!)

Always go to a well-known shop specialising in healthcare, such as Boots, Lloydspharmacy.
Avoid mail-order health supplements as their content is not regulated and their is usually little evidence to back up their claims. Plus they tend to be more expensive!!
