u can get a pill (not the contraceptive pill) that will delay ur period, dont know for how long tho, ud have to go to ur gp for it

yes, you can get that from a pharmacy...don't know what it's called but often used by sports people.

yes you can - needs prescription in the uk however - but is this something the nhs should pay for if you live in the uk?!
