Menopace is brilliant and black cohosh does help with the flushes and sweats .Cool shower or bath before you go to bed ,cotton sheets and nightie (if you wear one! ).Keep a fan in the room so if you do get hot you can switch it on to cool you down Or keep one of those little battery fans by the bed..Avoid tea,coffee ,fags,alcohol last thing ,drink plenty of water.I used to keep a bowl of iced water by my bed and a flannel and wring that out just to wipe the horrible sweat away and cool me down It will get easier ..I promise .Best of luck ....
