hi, I am 16, I have been getting random hot flushes, I have been suffering from lightheadedness and have been feeling surreal; as if I were watching myself as an outsider. I have also been losing feeling in my feet and hands and I have severe back pain. wondering if I should be alarmed??
If anyone has any advice to get rid of the back pain if nothing else that would be great.

Laxaly, there is no easy answer to your questions, I am afraid.
Although you give your age, you dont give your gender, which could have an influence on the symptoms you have... as an example, hot flushes and lightheadedness can be associated with the menstrual cycle in females.
The severe back pain and loss of sensation in your limbs needs a proper consultation. Add to that your other symptoms, and i would strongly urge you to go see your GP as soon as convenient.

laxaly, Have a talk with your GP about your problem's. As Miss Enquiry asked, are you eating properly? Bear in mind your blood suger drop's if you dont keep your body fuelled and this can cause tremor's,giddyness and "Depersonalisation"..A feeling of being outside of yourself. Anxiety can also cause these feelings. See your GP laxaly,you may need some blood tests. Good luck.
