as a women what vitamins and supplements should i be taking? or what vitamins / supplements can you recommend? thanks!

A lot depends on how old you are. I would have a word with my local health shop if I was you.
I would say none, as long as you eat a healty diet.

If you are pregnant (or trying to be) you should take folic acid.

i dont think im particullaly deficient in anything but i just wondered if there was any vitamins young women could take for skin, hair, nails etc. to supplement your diet. one of my friends suggested evening primrose oil, just wanted to see if people had any other suggestions.

thanks for your advice though, will go and visit my local health shop and see what they say.

Kelp is good for hair and skin loulou. It's the iodine in it.
