Too much of anything in your diet is never going to be good for you.
So i'd say the answer to your question is yes.

When I had tummy trouble some years ago my GP diagnosed IBS. I had been suffering from recurring bouts of constipation and to counteract upped my fibre intake only to feel even worse and spent even longer in the small room. My GP said to that too much fibre was not a good thing in my case and all things should be eaten in moderation. But if you have good digestion you should be OK . One mans meat is another mans poison so to speak
.It also depends on the type of fibrous foods you eat. This is interesting ........

Too much fibre is not good. But you should have lots of fruits and vegetables as they are rich with fibre and low calorie also. More details available at http://www.improveyourlivingstyle.blogspot.com /
