I'm only 16 but christmas didn't do me much justice this year! I'm not over weight and dont neciserrily need to lose weight, i'd just feel a little happier if i could. I have a massive appitite and go out drinking everysaturday ( which isnt doing me much good either) so i joined a gym and decied not to go out drinking, but i cant really resist as all my friends are :( Anyone got any ideas what i could drink instead of vodka and cokes all night... seems a bit stupid asking if you know of a healthy alcohol ! Any ideas how to lose a bit of weight/stay healthy without dieting would also be good :) x
