Does anyone have any tips to make it easier to get out of bed in the morning? I've had all the tests by the doctor and he says there's nothing wrong with me, but I still wake up every morning and if left would sleep all day. I long to be one of those people who spring out of bed as soon as the alarm goes off. Any ideas?
Im the same, Im pregnant at the moment so that doesnt help, I find it so hard to get up and if I can i go back to bed or even stay in bed. I cant really help you as I cant seem to do it myself! I do how ever always wake up at 6am and feel like I could get up then but for some reason i make myself go back to sleep
I'm just like you! I always leave my alarm out of reach so I actually have to get up to turn it off, I also sleep with my blind open, otherwise I wake up and think it's still night..!
Yipp me 2....buy a really annoying alarm clock or four and place them round the room set 10/15 mins appart..those little 10 min snoozes are everything 1st thing..4 cups of coffee lots of coffee in each one and put a heater on or make sure its warm..nothin worse that gettin up into the cold..Find a job where there is a handsome man/woman, one that makes you wanna get up xtra early to do your makeup & look good for him for :-)
