It's been taken off the market westcliffe due to many people suffering heart attack's,a side effect. Co-proxiaml were'nt tested properly hence they're not available on prescription anymore. Co-Drydomol are just as effective.

co-proxamol are still available on prescription but GPs are trying to get people off them They haven't actually been banned as such
