High Blood Pressure
6 Answers
I got a gym membership and went for my health check not long ago and was told that I need to start eating healthier because my blood pressure is pretty high and I'm only 18.
The woman told me to cut down on foods that contain salt. Takeaways/processed food and junk.
I look on the labels but I don't know what exactly a lot of salt/sodium is, or what not a lot is.
I found it pretty hard to find food that I like with stuff that DOES have salt in, let alone stuff without.
Anyone have any knowledge/tips/experience, ur comments/thoughts are appreciated. Thanks

Don't get obviously salty foods ie crisps, nuts twiglets, marmite that sort of thing. I also have high blood pressure, but you are very young. Loose some weight if you need too. Go for walks and don't worry too much about tin contents. Tomatoes are excellent for high blood pressure. Take care.
