skin condition

Myself, 1Daughter,Son,and Father, Have a skin condition on our hands and feet.
I think it is called keratosis palmaris Thickening of the skin on our hands and feet.

Trying to find if it is possible to cure or relieve in any way.
The condition is not so bad for a man but it is causing my daughter worry. Most moisturisers send our hands
orange.

it could be psoriasis....my mum has it bad on her hands, especially on her knuckles.....the skin is really thick and scaly....she uses cream she got from the doctors that contains urine and it works great.....has to be used religiously everyday
