Kelp tablets can help, but if you think you have a thyroid problem.. go to the doctor.There are two types under and over active. Too much thyroid hormone can make you hyper and vice versa.This sort of thing is better diagnosed by your GP.
You may be borderline in which case they can advise you on what to take other than medication .Don't mess about with self medication with the thyroid.

I agree with shaneystar2, a simple blood test will show how your Thyroid is functioning, and if the test is normal, then your problems may well be elsewhere.
