taking tablets wont get you fit!! you need to exercise.everyone can find time to do half an hour a day!!! try parking a mile away from work and walking or something like that
i have to agree, taking pills will not get you fit, and in the long run could do you more harm than good. They are known for becomming quite addictive. I have to agree that everyone can find time for a little bit of exercise, if you take the bus, trying walking instead. instead of going to the pub or sitting on the sofa watching t.v try doing something then. You could do exercise in you own home, you dont have to go to the gym. getting up that little bit earlier would also give you a bit of extra time, 20 minutes a day would still be better than nothing.
Lify big f##k off weights to get big muscles.

prehaps i worded this worng...
sori lol i meant what is the best way to get muscular without doing weights
i am happy to do them but it hurts me a the end and it takes days to recover
Google 'bodyweight exercises'.
Any exercise will make you sore initially.
Don't be afraid of building your workout up from what seems tiny weights.
Also, if you have made yourself sore for days afterwards, you have overtrained use this as a guideline.
Look on amazon for Pavel Tsatsouline and Stuart Mcrobert books. Both offer sensible advice. Don't bother with anything from bodybuilding magazines.
