Nail ridges

What are the causes of nail ridges? I have a relatively healthy diet but wondered whether there was a cure?

Hi Fie, I too have these beasties - they are generally hereditry and tend not to be a sign of a problem. The only way I know is to buff them away but this can thin your nails a little. Apparently they get worse as we get older too - bummer.
