Hi red, I do both and have a flat stomach, try a bit of abdominal circuit training aswell. ooh and lay off the chocolate and booze ;)

Chocolate and booze. Just ate a whole easter egg and I'm on my second glass of wine....no flat tummy for me!

emz im normally liek that im a size 14 and alwyas been proud - have never found it put men off ! but i want to fit into some of the better fashions for summer and do not want to be hiding this year !! as last year i did feel bit self consious although i am proud of myself , i spose we all sometimes wish to be a bit diffrent to what we are!!!

but normally ,mate im the same im like bring the girls round and lets open the wine and get a chinese lol
I'm a size 16 and I know what you mean. My hubby to be loves me just the way I am (or so he says!) and that he wouldn't change me blah blah blah but some times I do have my fat days. I don't consider myself 'fat' as such but would love to be able to wear the more daring fashions. Just one more glass of wine then.....LOL.
Buy yourself a hula hoop and practice every day. Once you get the hang of it, watch your love handles disappear and your stomach get flatter too. Trust me, it really does work and of course, its cheap (picked mine up for a couple of quid) and you can do it at home.

a good start will be side stretches....do them slowly and think about the strech - dont just rush them.

Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.
Bend your upper body to the right while continuing to face the front and not allowing your hips to rotate; at the same time use your right hand to push your right hip gently in the opposite direction; feel the stretch along the left-hand side of your torso. Repeat for the opposite side.

amber I got myself a hula hoop thinking it would be great fun coz I loved it at school. Got it home and well I just cant do it at all.

Since you're on school playground stuff, a skipping rope is a damn fine piece of exercise kit, not as cheap as a hoola hooop but take up less room.
I do sit ups in the morning and beforeb i go to bed at night. also don't eat too many carbs after 6 pm
