why do i keep running to the tolilet to pee?

It could be cyctitis. This can occur for a number of different reasons. Symptoms are typically peeing frequently and it burns like hell when you do!
You can buy over the counter remedies from the chemist but you should probably see your GP. In the meantime, drink plently of fluids (not citrus). Cranberry juice is said to be beneficial too.

Unlikely that it's down to any kind of incontinence then (I know! But not only old people suffer from it!) It may just be a very slight bladder infection. Do see your GP if it doesn't go away and drink loads, especially water. Try to lay off alcohol and caffiene too as I have found that when I have suffered in the past, this can aggrievate it.

Oh thats not good is it , hope youve got time to read this before dashing off to widdle again !!

All that Emz26 said already. It may not sting as yet but sounds as though , if it persists , you should visit your GP and get something for it to nip it in the bud so to speak.
Meantime , yes plenty of water and , yes too , Cranberry is helpful .

If you go to your GP , by the way , you will be more than likely asked for a secimen. So either oblige when you get there or you can go to a chemist and ask for a specimen pot to take with you. x

Frequent urination can be a symptom of early pregnancy, but you never know, it may be an infection. Or have you been on a diet? If you have, you could be losing water - that is usually the first weight to go!

It could be a stimulant. I find coffee affects my bladder.
