I have heard that but I think its more the yeast ingrediant than actual marmite.

Garlics good also (you can get odorless garlic capsuals)!

YES.

I get bitten to bits and I hate Marmite .
My family does eat Marmite and is left alone.

We all eat garlic, but this seems to make no difference.
