I suffered from Glandular fever for a whle and now have a blood infection that attacks my immune systme which makes me constantly exhausted. I take something called Ferglobin liquid - it has a every mineral and vitamin you can think ok. It also contains iron but in a special formula that does not effect the tummy (i cant usually take iron as it make me ill but this seems ok!)
If you domt fancy that then i stringly suggest Mega Vits - from Holland and Barratt - again they have every vitamin and mineral in them and give you a real boost!!
Hope you feel better soon
