I have heard that Yoga can be benificial in the treatment of Parkinsons Disease.
Can anyone please tell me if Yoga sessions are available free on the NHS.

Well i no people have been on them in Manchester they were for people with stress. Which helped them relax.
I don't know if this scheme is still going, but there used to be one called prescription for exercise. Your G.P. was able to sign a form allowing you to; gym, swimming and various other things like sport centres, with free access. This was a while ago, but call your doctors reception and ask if this (or possibly similar other schemes are available)
