Can any recommend any exercised that would reduce the size of boobs? I just bought a new bra today and am depressed 'cos it has three hooks and eyes on the back not the normal two!!!!!!!!!!!! If you could recommend anything I would be grateful and could adapt bra to make a hat x 2 (its big enough).

thanks

Please don't reduce them. You look fantastic just the way you are!

LOL PB, thank you but they are really getting on my t*ts!!!!!
Most of my bras have 3 hooks and Im not that big (36E) so dont worry about it! Think yourself lucky, many women pay a fortune for big knockers! As long as you are wearing a nice supportive bra you will look fantastic. The only thing that may reduce them is the obvious, general weightloss, but even then you are not guaranteed and if you dont actually need to lose weight then dont even think about that!
Question Author
Thanks alijangra, - big knockers, that made me laugh! I didn't always have big 'uns so it has crept up on me gradually. As you say, I can't really lose weight as am not over weight, a size 10 everwhere else and a 36DD on top, I guess it is just age:-o( To be honest it was the three hooks that shocked me more that the size of the bra, it just reminded me of my mums bras, god I hope I won't end up wearing roll-ons like her too!!!!!
Well you sound very similar to me, Im a size 12 bottom half, size 10/12 on top and 36E. I have a lot of bras from George which are superb but yes they have the 3 hook and quite wide back strap! Be proud of your wonderful assets and look after them lol! The only time they really bug me is at the gym, but mainly because people (other women!) stare at them in the changing room!! Its bizarre.
Question Author
Aligangra, thank you, I shall wear them with pride, don't have much choice really. As for the girls in the gym, they are just jealous!
C'mere and I'll rub them down a bit with my hands!!!!! }:]
Oi Zeddy! There'sa queue!
You could buy a minimiser bra warpig. I bought one last year. Im a 44dd and was fed up with gaps in my blouses etc. The minimiser bra solves all that.
Question Author
Oi you boys, behave yourselves!!! Or you'll get a darn good spanking.

Fran, I did try on a minimiser but I felt kinda squashed if you know what I mean. I am heading to the city next week so I will shop around and hopefully find something that suits, the place where I live only has two clothes shops so I am limited for choice at the moment.

Many thanks

ummm ... Well my wife come in at a size 32G and finds she doesn't exactly have a wide selection of bras to choose from. But she does buy some from Bravissimo, who do cater for the more generously sized ladies. They have a couple of shops in central London (Covent Garden and one near Oxford St) and do mail order as well.

Thanks Huderon, your wife is very ample indeed, and it is intresting to know that you know her size!!! sadly the nearest city to me is Edinburrrrrrrgh, but I assume I will find something there to cater for me, if not there is always the internet.

thank you
biggish boobs.
Warpig, I only know her size because I've had to help her hunt fro bras in the sales a few times. For reasons beyong the understanding of this mere male, I get volunteered for silly jobs like that sometimes :-)

Bravissimo do have a shopin Glasgow and thier web site is http://www.bravissimo.com if you want to see what they have available
Question Author

Question Author
Hi Hollie, that is big especially given your height! I know you can get a reduction on the NHS due to back problems but I understand your concerns as it does seem drastic action no matter how necessary.

I guess you could always take up Zeddy's offer, not sure that it will help you but it would make him very happy!

yeh i heard about getting it done on the NHS...but i saw a programme on tv about girls my age who had boob reductions and their boobs looked like something Frankenstein had created.. =|

its not a simple procedure as implants is..thats what makes it scary!!

but thankyou.. =D xx
hey warpig I hate to tell you this but if you really are a size 10 everywhere else, unless you are of a sporty stocky build I would very much imagine you are more of a 32/34 round the chest and an even bigger cup size. Either way me dear, naturallyclose.com do some lovely bras and not all of them have the dreaded 3 clasp either.
Question Author
Oh er, just measured and you are correct, am about 34", which was the measurement of my old bras, only problem is that I found the back too tight and flesh bulged over. When I go to the city I will go to M & S and get measured properly.

many thanks
