Had it since morning, came into work bent over, and still no better, I cannot work. It hurts above the pubic hair line mainly but does hurt upto my chest if I breath in well it hurts my chest. My stomach is blown out to twice the size, so sat at desk with pants undone.
Last night I did stomach crunches and did some on a bead bag but struggled and did some on the floor. I do know how to do sit-up cruches properly, but have not done them for a long time so the body is not used to them did around 50 in total, hurt doing them but felt fine after??
Have I pulled the stomach muscle?? What can I do to help it get better and help with the pain.
It could be a number of things but I really think that you should see a doctor, if nothing else to eliminate any serious problems. You have probably overdone the exercise but you need to be sure. Good luck
i think i have pulled something the rest of my body hurts today. i just over did it exercising. i am walking around funny because it hurts - i look stupid lol
