hi anyone suffer from tietzes syndrom its infammatory pain near the breat bone very painful was wondering if anyone can recomened painrelife for it

Paracetamol seems to be the standard-when I had it some time ago,I also took Ibuprofen quite safely with the Paracetamol-though I was under supervision of GP at the time.I know they can also inject a steroid solution into the sore/inflamed rib area.My GP seemed quite enthusiastic about it-but I declined.A hot water bottle might also help- but don't have it too hot.Take care.
