Low back fat

I am 19 years old 5'7 and i weight 118 lbs. I have been going to the gym for about 6 months now 6 days a week im in the gym for almost 2hrs doing cardio and useing the weight machines, everything has done what i wanted it to do except my lower back, i keep doing cardio but i just keep getting so thin and frail everywhere else. I use to be bigger and thats why i have fat on my low back i have been trying everything to get rid of it and its just not happening does anyone know what i can do to fix my lower back area?

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.First of all, you are a very healthy weight and losing weight obviously hasn't helped your back so don't try to lose anymore, make sure you eat enough as it sounds like your gym regime is quite rigorous! here is an exercise I found just by googling "lower back fat"
Back lifts (strengthens your lower back):
Lie on your stomach with your palms resting on the floor near your shoulders and with your legs outstretched. Pull your abdominals in towards your spine as if you are trying to create a space between your belly button and the floor. Rest your forehead on the floor to align your neck with the rest of your spine.
Without using your hands, lift your head and chest up off the floor as high as you comfortably can. Your palms will lift a small way off the floor too. Hold a moment until you feel a stretch through your lower back and then slowly lower

A friend of mine in her early twenties has a similar 'problem' to you. She's tiny but has what she calls her 'fat pad' in the centre of her lower back. She finds it quite funny and has learned to accept it as something that's part of her. Incidentally, no-one has ever noticed it without her pointing it out to them. Stop putting so much pressure on yourself and remember that nobody is stereotypically perfect - we all have our own little glitches. Please stop over-exercising (you describe yourself as 'frail') as you'll cause yourself real health problems.
Try enhancing your upper back and shoulders. Looking strong here will take anyones eye from the lower back. Also, if it really bothers you find a female bodybuilder and ask how she deals with fat though that may be a little extreme. Any exercises for the lower back will NOT shift the fat though a strong lower back is always advisable. I have a feeling a bodybuiler would point you towards a ketogenic diet like the atkins diet. This may not be a good idea if you are not carrying much bodyfat elsewhere, but may be your only choice if you want to shift it
