shoulder pains

recently ive notice that my right shoulder is slightly slanted lower than it should be and every so often i feel a buring sensation of pain on that shoulder.
but most recently its been more of and internal pain and as wierd as this may sound i feel as if i have a bruise on my bones. everytime i move it hurts really bad. i have asked my mother and she doesnt know what it could be ive tried taking ibuprofen but it seems to have no effect.

is it at that time of the month that it tends to occur?
