slimming world password anyone?

Just wondering if anyone knows this weeks member's password. I've missed a couple of meetings and dont' have my consultant's number on me and need to get the number of syns on a pot noodle!!

I don't you're gonna get much nutrition from a pot noodle!

Why do people always want passwords for this organisation or is it really some top secret organisation.

If youre male get 2500 calories a day and keep up with the exercising, if you're female do the same but only 2000 calories in a day.

Thanks Cockney, but it's not the nutritional value I'm interested in, but the Syn value which is part of the Slimming World plan.

The password is available to members only, which I imagine is to stop non-members getting free tips and recipes.

Also the Slimming World plan isn't about calorie counting, but thanks for the info.

hi, i am doing slimming world also, although i am using an old book i have, i cannot afford to join the groups or website, is there any chance of you posting the weekly password on here?

This weeks password is chicken. you'll need to register with the site first and then use the password.

I'm doing okay on Slimming world, although I had a slight gain this week - probably because of the pot noodle!
