E1-11 travel Insurance

Hi,

What exactly does this "free" insurance policy cover??

if i am in a european hospital for 6 months..... am i covered or is there a hidden get-out clause. i beleive that if alcohol is in the equation....... NO PAY!!!!!

It is not a free insurance policy, and as far as I know it no longer exists.

It is best to get some travel insurance. I saw one advertised for �10, can't remember who though. I think it was a supermarket. Obviously get the free European one from the Post Office as well but get a separate policy that can fly you home in an emergency.
