I have been diagnose as having inflamation in my neck and shoulders. This leads to bad pain and headaches and a burning sensation in my shoulders. Ordinary x-rays have failed to mshow anything. Can anybody help or advise?

If you can find a good chiropractor, this should help. If you don't want to take anti-inflammatory drugs, there are other options. E.g. pineapple juice is a natural anti-inflammatory but of course it would take a while to take effect (try a glassful a day for a couple of weeks anyway).
