if you are pregnant and are bleeding then call your GP or your local hospitals Eearly Pregnancy Unit immediately.

The blood is usually bright red not brown and accompanied by pains but not always. There are also times when bleeding occurs and this has no effect on the pregnancy.

Youre only way to find out is to go for a scan so please call someone straight away.

i had a miscarriage at 11 weeks. bled quite heavily then it was like mini contractions. i lost the baby.
this doesn't mean this is going to happen to you.
