I went through a bad time a few months ago, and I was really plagued by worry and stress, so much it made me kind of ill. Thing is, when I get even relatively a little worried now, I can feel some of the symptoms I had then - is that just paranoia? If I really worry too much I make myself ill, can anyone reccomend anything to help me calm down again??

I must also mention I'm a vegetarian, and I got mild anaemia during the bad patch - I went on iron tablets and I felt better. So does iron help you feel less worried somehow?

See a homeopath or you can pick up your own Bach remedies from a store such as holland and barretts for less than 5 - Mimulus might be worth a try.

Also try taking Kalms, they helped me out
