Healing up

Is there any way I could either heal it up a skinned knee quicker than usual or stop it scabbing?

I just fell and skinned it and i go on hols in a week :(
or failing that, is there any makeup or anything that would cover a scab?

The scab is there for a reason, to keep infection out. Leave it be!!

try a thin layer of vasaline it will put a film over your cut and should heal quicker
