Members of the general public are not allowed to be in possession of the controlled drugs register. It used to be a criminal offence to have one but I don't know if that is still true.

If you are a pharmacist then The National Pharmay Association (NPA) sell them. I don`t think that they are available to the general public as you need to give your professional registration details to become a member to purchase certain items from their website.
