baby cold

my 9 day old son seems to have a sniffle, has had one since brth but seems to have got worse today. i can hear the mucus on his chest and he's been sick twice both just full of mucus. ive tried ringin 2 midwifes and non of them are answering. anyone any idea how i can make him feel more comfortable? xx
