Pulsating Eye Syndrome

Does any one out there have Pulsating Eye Syndrome? My eye Pulsates on a 24 - 7 basis, its realy started to effect my love life and get me down. Can any one out there help me!!

Hi Beanz,yes I do.I've had this for 3 months non stop and now it's getting me down too! The same eye is now black due to an accident at work last friday and once the swelling has gone I'm going for an eye test.I just left it thinking it was tiredness and stress but it's still there.Now i think maybe it's straining because I'm getting on a bit,40 next year!

I'm not surewhat pulsating eye syndrome is, but if you mean a regular uncontrollable twitching of the eyelid then it is probably lack of quality sleep.

Hi Beanz, how weird I have a small stuffed fish which is also called Beanz - so strange!! I understand where you are coming from, my long-term partner has a similiar problem but over the years we have found a couple of things which seam to help - try to avoid eating fried foods and also just before you go to bed try putting slices of carrot on your eyes. Trust me it really helps!! Let me know how you get on.

I thought it was lack of proper sleep but all my life I've had 8-9 hours when I virtually go comatose.I sleep like a baby so I discounted that.
