My iron tablets are made by Quest Vitamins, there's no nut products in them, they are also vegan and gluten free, and have no salt or sugar in them either. I got them from the health food stall at our local market.

You can get a liquid iron called SPATONE from any good health shop. It`s much better for you as iron can make you constipated. This product is suitable for everyone as it`s natural iron. I take it & have had no problems that I used to get with iron tablets.
I agree with beejaybee SPATONE is excellent and natural - comes in daily sachets, just pour into juice and drink.
