tight scotum

For past 2 days by scotums been really tight.....normally it is quite well...normal in so far the testiclss freely descend and can move freely

recently however the scotum has been sort of raised and everything feels kind of " full" down there if that makes any sense.

Now i know that it normal for this to happen to some degree but its just happening more frequently

at one point everything seemed so full i felt like my balls had actually slipped inside my groin!

can anyone explain???

It's a reaction to the cold weather.

If you are peeing normally, can feel no new lumps, the area is not red or inflamed I shouldn't worry about it.

If you have any of these symptoms as well, see your GP.
