3 Answers
Help ! I need to get fit and lose weight but I can't be doing with lots of vigorous exercise because I have arthritis in my legs and they really hurt.
Which dvd is good ? There are so many to choose from that I am stumped. I want one that will help get rid of my midriff and stomach. Sadly i have spent too long being a couch potato but this next year i AM going to get slim and healthy.

Or even, substitute 'activity' for 'exercise' in your mental view - just keeping pottering about instead of watching telly, walking places instead of driving or taking the bus makes one L of a difference. Housework, DIY and gardening are all activty and therefore exercise - getting out and mixing with others in an interest-based club or class ditto.
