Hi there all!
Just a quick question and If anyone can help I'd appreciate it!

If a 20g knob of buter has 20grams of fat in it, but the tub doesn't say anything about Saturated Fat, is there any way of working out the saturated fat by yourself?

Thanks

20g of butter has 16g of fat, 30% of which is mono saturated (the good stuff found in olive oil) and 70% is saturated, so 11.2g is saturated fat.

So a little over half is saturated fat.
