If you eat healthy food always have breakfast ,low fat meals skimmed milk ,drink plenty water.I have unsweetened grapefriut juice every morning before breakfast .This helps me to stop craving for sweet thing.Just cut all the things like crisps sweets choc biscuits.I have lost 5lbs first week then 3lbs last week by this method and I have another stone to go .Dont forget to eat plenty fruit and veg chicken and fish.Lots more things you can have if you cook them properly.Hope this helps.
totally agree with Wendilla - I just wanted to lose a few extra christmas pounds. Have been having oatcakes for breakfast and cous cous for lunch and cutting out snacks. I do go to the gym though but if you dont have time for that or money then just get out walking as much as you can - even in lunch hour!! try and speed up little sections of your walking into a bit of a run too. You will manage no problem.
i have tried many diets - you name it - i have tried it but the best but far has to be tescodiets.com. this is 2.99 per week and is excellent. They even do a shopping list for you. The best part is that you dont even need to buy the food from Tesco (i get mine from Asda). If you cant afford this then try sticking to 390 calories per meal (breakfast, dinner and tea) and a snack of around 130 calories. That is what my tesco diet is based on and i have lost 8lb in three weeks. Good luck and try to fit in some excercise as well - will make a lot of difference.
Ive lost over 3stone in just over 3 months following basically wendillas diet.
I dont eat pasta bread or rice -as long as you have fruit to graze on then you dont feel hungry and grapes are mega cheap ATM.
I stayed off the booze but have started having a few at the weekends now -its surprising what you can achieve in 12 weeks and it wasnt on a crash diet - daresay it has slowed down now but thats the bulk of it off.O and I weighed myself at the start and didnt weigh myself again until a couple of weeks ago -its demoralising if you have been good and you have lost a pound-so I am just sticking to it and might weigh myself in a couple of months again.
Good Luck !!!

Don't eat anything with sugar, especially chocolate. I gave up chocolate, biscuits and crisps and lost a stone in 8 weeks. This was 3 years ago and only occasionally do I lapse i.e Xmas I ate some chocolate and cake and put on 4lb but as soon as Xmas was over I went back down to my normal weight. It took me years to accept that I had to give up chocolate but once I did it worked a treat. I do not even miss chocolate or crave it. I ony had chocolate at Xmas because it was Xmas.
Im a self confessed fitness fanatic and totally agree with the comments made. Drink lots of water too so that your body doent mistake thirst for hunger. Also try smaller portions. Im not talking miniscule but a good rule is 1/4 plate protein, 1/4 carbs and half veg.
I understand that some people like to have something specific to follow so I have a naughty suggestion. Why dont you join weight watchers and after you get all the plan stuff at your first meeting dont go back. I actually quite like the weight watchers diet even though I hate the word diet. Lifestyle is a better choice. What I hate though is that they charge you 5 a week or however much it is to weigh you.
