bad back pain

im going mad!!!!!
iv had back pain in my lower back and iv been told iv pulled a muscle.i have done all the excercises and rested my back but its still hurting and have been off work for four weeks now with no pay as my employer wont pay sick pay(i only work 11 hrs)
please can someone help me and tell me whats wrong!!!

Watch yourself if you're taking lots of anti inflammatorys (eg ibruprofen) in case they upset your digestive system.
Keep an eye on your posture as that can have a big effect on your back, make sure you're sitting properly and not slouching or sitting funny.

Back pain is tricky to diagnose. it took them an age and two MRI scans for them to tell me I had spinal arthritis and I was only in early thirties. I am one of the extremes.
Because our backs take alot punishment it could be anything and only trial and error will tell.
The above are right give different therapies a go, its worth a try. Some health authorities subsidise alternative therapies and even hold free clinics within health centers. Ask your GP.
