is it safe to take iron vitamins while trying for a baby ???
I am so tired all the time from when i get up till when i go bed i yawn all day at work and feel so sluggish ? i cant affored to spend loads on things so any advice wud be great thanks

there are mutlivitsamins that you can take before and during pregnancy that ensure you get all the nutrients you need, including folic acid and avoiding those that you shouldnt have too much of in pregnancy.

folic acid should be safe ... but you need to talk to your doctor/nurse before you start taking anything.
fresh fruit and veg will give you everything you need (unless you have a medical condition you don't know about)

it sounds ridiculous ... but breakfast cereals actually have Iron filings sprinkled over them
(you can pick them up with a magnet - it's the only way your bod can absorb it)
