Pregnant or not?

Hi all I was due on, on the 4th of May and no sign of my period yet. I have been feeling really light headed, quite sickly, i've had headache and stomach cramps for last 2 days. I've also got white discharge!! I can't seem to keep my eyes open even though I am getting about 7 hours sleep a night.
I've had a test but it came back negative. It has been about 4 weeks since I had unprotected sex. I don't know what to do? Please help me

How long ago did you do the test? Keep doing a test every few days until you either get a positive result or until you get you period. If you miss two periods, go see your doctor.

sometimes a test wont show a true result because the hormone levels it tests for arent sufficiant at the time.

test early in morning as the concentration of your urine is stronger too

I did the test 4 days ago in the morning.
I've only been getting the stomach cramps for the last 2 days and they are really low down in my tummy, my weight is up and down at the moment.
I'm so confused

id say do a test tomorrow, if still negative then wait a few days and test again.

The stomach aches may be a sign that your period is on its way or they could be a sign of early pregnancy.

If you get any severe pains then give NHS direct a call or see your GP.
