I'm a terrible binge eater and from being a fit, athletic gym junkie, I'm now a fat, out of shape couch potato, who has gained 40 pounds in weight.
Last week, I was watching a new series, hosted by Martine McCutcheon, called "The Truth About Beauty". It featured a Hypnotherapist, who has a 90% success rate with people wishing to lose weight. She recently helped Lily Allen lose 2 stones and helped change her frame of mind regarding exercise.
I'm thinking of booking a course of treatment with this therapist, but would also like to hear from others, who have tried this method of weight loss.

Paul McKenna does a good weight loss c.d that is best listened to everyday for 3 weeks. At first the changes are small but then you find yourself making the changes that count. I used to binge like crazy but now I eat mainly very healthy foods but still have few treats. I also exercise alot and love my body.
It is now a way of life for me but I have made lots of other changes to my life that I think as I was so unhappy I binge ate alot but now I am happier I don't need too. x

YEESS!! ive tried it, i had a terrible addiction to choclate and buiscuits! and i don't like vegetables:(
it was 40 for a 1 hour session and i only needed that one session! .. i have'nt TOUCHED chocolate or buiscuits nor have i craved them in 3 months! .. its been great!
but .. the day i got hypnotised .. i went out with a sudden caving to try salad with peppers etc .. and i ate it all! :O .. but since then i havent touched it . must have just been motivated by the hypnosis .. but my sweet tooth has gone ..i also found i know when to stop eating now too .. like i don't feel the need to finish my meals even when i'm satisfied!
i hope this is the answer your looking for and good luck if you decide to do it! ..
P.S .. think positive about it, it works better if your optimistic :)
