liza22 I think that I have answered it.
high normal is when the top figure is between 130-140, and the bottom figure between 85-90. anything over those figures is considered to be high blood pressure.
low normal is when the top figure is between 90-100, and the bottom figure between 60-65. anything lower than those figures is considered to be low blood pressure.
optimum normal blood pressure is considered to be round about 120 over 80.
