Night Cramp?
12 Answers
For the past two nights I have been awakening with pain in my feet like cramp. I get out of bed and I can`t put my right foot on the floor for the pain, but after a couple of minutes it wears off and I get back to bed then my left foot starts hurting. I am also very restless and although I have a comfortable bed I can`t get back to sleep. I have tried a hot milky drink before bed, Up to the last two nights I have to just hit the pillow and I`m gone, so whats up? Perhaps I spend too long at this computer.

Are you too hot in bed now the nights are getting warmer?
Try putting some pillows under your calves and feet to raise your legs - that may help the circulation.
Eat two bananas a day - they provides plenty of potassium that can prevent cramps. Have one early afternoon and one before bed.
If you really can't sleep get up and do something else until you feel sleepy.
