come on then I do 100 pressups with bars and swim for 30- 50 minutes very cardiovasculaur front crawl. yet I still cant lose weight. I must admit I drink upto 1 bottle of wine a night. will that be the reason as Its doing my nut in!
Cut out the alcohol, you will probably lose weight no problem. Try cutting down to 1 bottle a week as a treat at the weekend.
A 750ml bottle of wine contains around 600 calories which is about a quarter of your daily allowance if you're a man or a third if you are a woman.
Another point is that muscle actually weighs more than fat, so doing exercise will increase your weight slightly, but you will be more toned and fitter.
